Was happy that cereal and toast were also available (I do not like a big breakfast) but my husband was happy with the other items available. Would have like a hot water tap (as opposed to jugs of hot water). I like my tea super hot. :)

There is so much to explore in North Conway and we did not have time to do it all. We did get across the Kancamagus to Lincoln and Woodstock before our one rainy day. Even in the rain we were fine. I went to the outlets at Settler's Green and then the New England Ski Museum. If you are a skier, or ever were a skier, it is a must visit. Lots of restaurants and Vito Marcello's Bistro was our favorite.

North Conway is a lovely town nestled in the White Mountains...
North Conway is a lovely town nestled in the White Mountains. But be warned-- I'm biased as I was raised there. Since then (long ago), it has built up more to cater to tourists, with the two local grocery stores replaced with big chains farther out on the strip. The beauty spots I enjoyed with friends in my youth have also been monetized and crowded. Mt Cranmore (the ski slope in town) has built up a lot of condos around it so you can no longer see the mountain from the base! Housing costs have gone through the roof because of second home owners such that people who work there cannot afford to live there. As a result, there is a challenge to staff hospitality so not all restaurants are open seven days a week for b/l/dinner. Despite all this, it is still gorgeous, especially if you travel north and take in the scenery along Rt 16. Very blessed to have had a Norman Rockwell childhood in this gorgeous part of the world.

There are far too many great restaurants and shops that just bring you back. The view of the White Mtns all around you and the quiet way. So fabulous! We like to go in the summer but have stayed here in the winter months, and it just adds to the charm.

Such a warm and lovely place to stay. Perfect base for exploring the White Mountains and reaching lots of trails, plus exploring North Conway. We loved the tasty home cooked breakfasts and little, homely details, and Leon and Nellie are so attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!
The Inn is prefectly located to enjoy North Conway, we received a warm welcome and fast check in, the room was stunning, and extremely comfortable and amazing value for money. All in all Perfect.
