We love to go to Milwaukee because they embrace their history of brewing. We love the interesting looking buildings along Water Street, and The Public Market. We ate at Mader's Restaurant which never disappoints with their beer selection and German food. We also went to The Best Place at Pabst Brewery which is an absolute gem! Good coffee shop, great gift shop (cool staff), and $4 pints of PBR and Schlitz! Pilot Project Brewing is cool, too. Deer District area is very cool, especially the party atmosphere at HofBrau!

We loved the convenience of having a covered link to other parts of this area, especially during inclement weather conditions. The bus shuttles to and from Brewers games are a huge bonus! We felt very safe walking back to our hotel after going out at night.

Harley-Davidson Museum is excellent, even if you don't ride. River Walk is beautiful. City is very clean, and people are friendly. Tre Rivali has excellent food. American Family Field is a beautiful ballpark, but there's a lot of sun on the third-base side. Lynden Sculpture Garden is worth a trip (and it's free). Explorium Brewpub has good food and a good selection of local beers.

I love visiting Milwaukee!
I love visiting Milwaukee! Such an interesting mix of neighborhoods and cultures. Great food and entertainment. The lakeshore is beautiful. Aside from the continual road construction, it is relatively easy to get around the city. The Third Ward and Milwaukee Public Market are one of my favorite areas. A great place to grab a cup of coffee and people watch. The lakeshore is beautiful!

And spa, nice touch hotel puts on lovely nibbles and drinks as complementary. We loved the hotel but due to a lot of events taking place in Milwaukee that weekend prices were a lot higher than normal to pre book rooms.
Staff were great. Location is good - walk to HD Museum, Hank Aaron trail, food truck park. Great bakery down the road & incredible Mexican restaurant across the round-about. Nice landscaping & grounds at the hotel.
The hotel was perfectly located for the bar and restaurant area, and it was easy to get to any part of the city. There was a car park right next to the hotel. The size of the room was great.
