It was a good stay, nice hotel, nice room, staff was nice, location was pretty nice and near most things! We had to leave a day early due to an unexpected death in the family. That was disappointing and cost some wasted money.

All the amenities closed very very early o we're not...

All the amenities closed very very early o we're not available we did not get ro use any of them. Most the rest was closed down the office staff was only there 1/2 a day each day and we're not very helpful. I would not recommend. The area is wonderful just don't stay here.

Beautiful area, lots of nice beaches around.

Beautiful area, lots of nice beaches around. For my taste, that whole section of the Cape is too built up - Mashpee Commons is a huge shopping area that dominates. If you want to shop on vacation, you will like this. The Commons does have some great restaurants: Wicked, Siena, Blue. I was visiting family so didn't do a lot of sightseeing. Traffic can be difficult, especially in the summer. Also, not technically in Mashpee but in Falmouth - Moonakiss Cafe is excellent for lunch or dinner. Get there early - it's always packed.

Location near Mashpee Commons was good.

Location near Mashpee Commons was good. The beach referred to is a slip of beach on John's Pond, most suitable for families with small children, altho the roadway is uncomfortably close to the beach area. The house is old and funky and cluttered and disorganized. Nothing provided in bathrooms...not even soap or toilet paper. The least adequate AirBNB I have ever rented.

The hotel is perfect for a family with kids like us (2 kids, 8 and 6 years of age). It consists of little row houses with a kitchen, dining and living room all in an open space downstairs and two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms has also an ensuite with a Jacuzzi - we didn't try that one though. The location is also great to reach Wood's Hole and Falmouth and Mashpee Commons is super close.

Beautiful property. Equipped with washer, dryer, jacuzzi tub, charcoal grill, everything needed to cook with. So much to do on property like a pool and game room. My kids loved going and getting ice cream for $1 from their stocked freezer. Only a short drive to South Cape Beach and Mashpee Commons. My children also loved seeing the turkeys and bunnies around. Staff was so nice and very helpful.

The size of our accommodation surprised us. It was certainly a home from home. Setting was great ... surrounded by woodland. Close to Mashpee Commons shops and restaurants. Bus will stop at resort road end. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No breakfast available. No walking around the property as there was major construction going on (but not noisy). Location on main highway in Falmouth very convenient.
