The sunsets from the rooftop are mind blowing! Uber Eats delivers to your door, the free bicycles are a huge plus to go into town with and you're within a short bike ride to a beautiful town with the best cafes I've experienced in America! Be sure to ask the staff of recommendations, they have endless suggestions! I'd strongly reccomend exploring the neighbouring villages because it truly does feel like a movie set everywhere you look!
The location is flawless, the beds are so comfortable and I'm really impressed with the rooms overall! A fantastic hairdryer too which is a huge plus as a british traveller who's hairdryer doesnt work in the USA! I would easily book this place again!

Beautiful area, lots of nice beaches around. For my taste, that whole section of the Cape is too built up - Mashpee Commons is a huge shopping area that dominates. If you want to shop on vacation, you will like this. The Commons does have some great restaurants: Wicked, Siena, Blue. I was visiting family so didn't do a lot of sightseeing. Traffic can be difficult, especially in the summer. Also, not technically in Mashpee but in Falmouth - Moonakiss Cafe is excellent for lunch or dinner. Get there early - it's always packed.

Location near Mashpee Commons was good. The beach referred to is a slip of beach on John's Pond, most suitable for families with small children, altho the roadway is uncomfortably close to the beach area. The house is old and funky and cluttered and disorganized. Nothing provided in bathrooms...not even soap or toilet paper.
The least adequate AirBNB I have ever rented.

There were many different things you could do in Mashee, the location is convenient to many places on the Cape. Lots of stores, beaches, golfing and restaurants in the area. I would recommend you visit this area
Great location within walking distance to Mashpee Commons and 10 mins to the beach.
BTW- The water at South Cale Beach is the warmest on the Cape.
The options on-site (mini golf, indoor pool) were fun for the evenings and the value for the size and accommodations are great. Would be very tough to find a better spot during the busy season.
The size of our accommodation surprised us. It was certainly a home from home. Setting was great ... surrounded by woodland. Close to Mashpee Commons shops and restaurants. Bus will stop at resort road end. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No breakfast available. No walking around the property as there was major construction going on (but not noisy). Location on main highway in Falmouth very convenient.
