Nothing…it’s in a bad area and the room that we were told was ours, was occupied but someone….we opened the door and there was a bottle of booze, the tv was on and the bed was unmade. How can you do this? Give us a room that was already occupied. My credit card company submitted a fraud because I tried to contact booking.com entered the booking number but there was NO PIN number so we could not make contact with you. Thus the fraud report so I immediately get my credit card refunded. Not only that, but they required a $100 cash deposit! What motel chain does tha??? We were totally disgusted with that and I highly recommend people to NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE!

I couldn’t like anything at all because there was an error in your system that caused me not to be able to receive my room. I haven’t received a refund and the policies your company have seem outrageous when the front desk receptionist was on the phone with customer service agents and they couldn’t just simply refund my money for the room that I DID NOT RECEIVE

One staff member was great ( young man) the rest were clueless. Pool area was satisfactory. Bathtub didn't drain during shower, when room was cleaned staff would turn off a/c even though it was 90 degrees out. A/c wasn't impressive when on. Railings not safe to use when climbing stairs. No juice at breakfast. Coffee or water. Basic quick grabs and waffles. Manager was snobby. Parking a pain, a lot of regulars live there. Location was quiet and short drive to sights.
