One staff member was great ( young man) the rest were clueless. Pool area was satisfactory. Bathtub didn't drain during shower, when room was cleaned staff would turn off a/c even though it was 90 degrees out. A/c wasn't impressive when on. Railings not safe to use when climbing stairs. No juice at breakfast. Coffee or water. Basic quick grabs and waffles. Manager was snobby. Parking a pain, a lot of regulars live there. Location was quiet and short drive to sights.
