Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, incredibly nice, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Front desk staff were ok. One was actually very nice. She gave my toddler a soccer ball and coloring stuff to play with.

This was plan B for me....

This was plan B for me....I tried to book, again, at the Holiday Inn express/suites because it's so close to Ann's Choice where my mother lives...this is an economically GREAT alternative...however, for a family with children and no pool...probably not a great choice. But for business travelers...a VERY good choice.

breakfast area, especially if place is crowded, you can't get anywhere near. wanted first floor rooms but they could not accommodate that. however, no dissatisfaction with the rooms we were given. the place is quiet and clean.

When we checked in there we’re dirty towels n the back of the door from previous guests. The garbage under the sink still has stuff in it from the previous guests. The breakfast consisted of granola bars and pre packed muffins. Asked for a broom due to a spill. Had to get it myself. Only good feature, there was a TV in the laundry area.

It was a nice clean room and comfortable.

It was a nice clean room and comfortable. Had a decent gym for a hotel and breakfast. I was there with my teenage son for a lacrosse tournament. We drove with 2 other families in a van from Chicago and arrived early. The lady helped us check-in early and was able to have all three families on the same floor near each other. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Decent Italian restaurant is located across the street and there is a very good old fashioned diner (we had breakfast- recommended by the staff) about a mile down the street

I think Horsham Hilton is definitely the best hotel in the area of Horsham county. I have been in the customer service industry in many different realms through out my career. Businesses such as the Hilton, need to train their employees to understand that whether it be by phone or in person, being that first point of contact for any potential customer is crucial for your business to succeed and survive. Friendliness and being helpful and learning to smile, can mean the difference between a happy customer and return visit, to word spreading that this hotel is not connected or concerned with meeting your needs. Communication with your customer during an unforeseen situation is key. And that did not occur. With all that being said, I would consider staying again for the weekend or a one night get away. A free night would have been a nice gesture on the hotel’s part for the inconvenience and lack of communication to its guests especially on a Valentine’s weekend getaway!

The staff was AMAZING! Everything kept breaking, but they were right there fixing it and making it right each time. Really kind of run down hotel, but the staff MADE THIS PLACE! EVERYONE, EVERY SINGLE PERSON, was sooooo very helpful and friendly! Because of the staff, and this place having a full fridge and clean comfy sheets, we'd stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was great also. Breakfast at all hotels leave a lot to be desired, but that's due to covid, but it was good enough for my needs.
