Absolutely wonderful shower and bathroom in general
Beautiful, safe, clean city! Vibrant and walkable restaurants and shops near university. A ton of hotels however, DO NOT STAY ON OR NEAR 6TH AVE!!! IT IS FAR TO NOISY AND TRAINS PASS ALL NIGHT. If you are a light sleeper, you won't sleep near this area.

It's a nice quiet town , not much to do and the market places are not good. It does have many nice parks for a relaxing weekend. It's a great town to see your favorite collage team play Oregon.

This is a fantastic city -- creative and vibrant with plenty of big city fun with a small town vibe! Eugene has a fantastic food scene and great book and music shopping and museums. My favourite is the Whiteaker Neighborhood; lots of fantastic dining options and live music plus parks and the beautiful river path. It is a great place to walk and cycle.

Eugene is a college town, and we chose to go on road trips instead of staying in town. If there are games going on, it can be quite hectic to try and get around the city. There are covered bridges to go and see in Cottage Grove, as well as waterfalls and other hikes to partake in in Cottage Grove and outside Eugene.

I will never go to Eugene in the winter again! So cold!
I will never go to Eugene in the winter again! So cold! And the rain never stopped for our entire stay. And the day we had planned to leave, I-5 was expected to be closed over Siskiyou Pass due to snow and high winds. We left a day early and drove home via the long route, over to 101 and then down the coast. Temp never got above 45 degrees and the rain never stopped, but at least we didn't have to deal with snow. If you need to go to Oregon, schedule it for the summer when it is actually quite pleasant.

It was good to tour the campus although we were there for a wedding. It was sad to see the homeless on the streets. Other than football and sports, I don't know what anyone would do on vacation. A trip to the winery was fun. Eugene is not for us.

The front desk staff was nice for the most part, other than the woman that was not told that the owner let us get out of our second night for a refund after seeing the room and condition of the property the day before, still have not received a refund for the second night even though the owner said we would if Booking.com sent the email over about it and we left promptly before check out time the next morning! Wish I would have taken more pictures of everything that was dirty and gross but the sink pic will do!
This house is very comfortable, clean and specious. It was perfect for two families. Bedrooms were big, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there was lots of room to rest, socialize, and it had a lovely work area as well. The only regret was that we were staying there only one night. Book it now, you won't be disappointed.
