The locations was very convenient for my work. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The 24hr gym and pool times were convenient. Overall great stay.

There is a deposit before u check in and she will go and make up a reason why u can’t get your full deposit back .... this time it was something on a pillowcase..... yet the tv didn’t work when check into the room

The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly that it made the stay so great - I've never felt so welcome in a hotel than here.
Bathroom a bit outdated but ok and clean.
Bedsheets very very clean, room very clean, AC not too loud and working very very well (I forgot To turn it off while at dinner and I had to switch it to heating when I came back because it really was too cold (the room really had 65 °F/16°C when I came back
The room was clean and big.
Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a sofa in the room.
The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Carla at the reception has been extremely kind and accommodating. She helped in everything we’ve asked for, from laundry to breakfast.
She is a credit to the hotel.
