It was clean and had a kitchen. However there was not any cookware as advertised for the room. Had to buy my own.

I arrived on Thanksgiving day due to a horrible experience at another hotel and the luggage carts were not operational. The young lady quickly offered me the laundry cart to use to assist me with my luggage. This was especially important as I am disabled and walk with a cane.

There is a deposit before u check in and she will go and make up a reason why u can’t get your full deposit back .... this time it was something on a pillowcase..... yet the tv didn’t work when check into the room

The most awesome place ever, the owner was very nice and made me and my family feel at home..there was a bad storm that day and he offered us to stay until the weather calmed down..and we also received a free upgrade.The room had 2 full bathrooms and an kitchen area..not to mention a bar downstairs and a free hot breakfast in the a.m...I love this hotel..we will be back

Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a sofa in the room.
The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Carla at the reception has been extremely kind and accommodating. She helped in everything we’ve asked for, from laundry to breakfast.
