    Artsy and eclectic.

Artsy and eclectic. Great restaurants, and range of evening entertainment. A combination of old and new between the Paramount and the boardwalk. Just a very, very friendly relaxed place to go by yourself or with friends. I usually go to part in an open mic night with Bob Egan at The Asbury on Tuesdays. It’s certainly worth the hour and a half drive each way from Philadelphia.

Looks like they've just taken over this place and are making an effort to make it an upscale, lively place, They have a lot going against them (neighborhood, lack of local attractions) and I'm sure it's costing a lot to get up to speed.

Front desk was super nice - we got upgraded to king room upon check-in which was awesome! The weather was beautiful so we took advantage of the outdoor heated pool during the day and firepits at night. Theres also coffee/food in the lobby as well as great working space with plenty of plugs and nice wifi. Would stay again for sure!

The new free shuttle would have been better if there was some sort of schedule to follow .We ate at several restaurants most in walking distance.it was a shame all bars and restaurants in the Berkley are closed Monday through Thursday. enjoyed the Iron Whale, Bonnie Reed, Asbury oyster House along with the Asbury Distillery and the Beach Bar

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay. There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.

Lovely hotel in a great location, walkable to main attractions. The room was a little snug but the bathroom was spacious. There was a scooter park outside, so we hopped on those after installing the app, very easy way to get around. We liked the record collection in the lobby. Staff were friendly, good coffee and breakfast.
