Artsy and eclectic.
Artsy and eclectic. Great restaurants, and range of evening entertainment.
A combination of old and new between the Paramount and the boardwalk. Just a very, very friendly relaxed place to go by yourself or with friends. I usually go to part in an open mic night with Bob Egan at The Asbury on Tuesdays. It’s certainly worth the hour and a half drive each way from Philadelphia.

Looks like they've just taken over this place and are making an effort to make it an upscale, lively place, They have a lot going against them (neighborhood, lack of local attractions) and I'm sure it's costing a lot to get up to speed.

Front desk was super nice - we got upgraded to king room upon check-in which was awesome! The weather was beautiful so we took advantage of the outdoor heated pool during the day and firepits at night. Theres also coffee/food in the lobby as well as great working space with plenty of plugs and nice wifi.
Would stay again for sure!

Asbury Park is one of the most friendly, comfortable, historic, beautiful, and charming towns one could ever imagine staying in. Be sure to check out Freedom Rocks, A Year and a Day Mystical Shoppe, Purple Glaze, Madame Marie's Temple of Knowledge, Porta, The Casino, Asbury Fun House, the Beach Bar, and of course, the actual beach! Everyone is Asbury Park is such a delightful person.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay.
There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.
