The hotel itself is very comfortable and the rooms are great. The restaurant local dishes were delicious and staff was always available. Staff was very responsive to requests and helped with booking local tours, especially Firdes. Whole staff team was great, Nilufer, hazel and Mohamed. The hotel is 30 minutes from Goreme and we liked the quiet and peace of the location with easy access to tours and busy Goreme center. We stayed in the cave room which was very unique but then changed to room upstairs which I preferred, you can see old buildings and way of life is very interesting. Good place to tour and also relax.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was incredibly kind, and we even had the chance to meet the hotel owners. They were very hospitable and generous. After we returned from our trip the next day, they welcomed us back to the hotel even though we weren’t staying that night, also the owner’s wife prepared lunch for us and later took us to the mall and çarşı. Their hospitality and kindness were truly exceptional.

I suffered the fall outside and they helped to accommodate my needs. I couldn’t walk staff literally lift me. To get my room. Etc. Breakfast was fantastic.
I would recommend to anyone, but you should be able to climb steps and uneven grounds. Cave experience is a must things to do in Cappadocia.

An amazing hospitality experience was provided to us by Mrs. Silma. A very nice lady who does everything for her guests. The breakfast was 5 star and the atmosphere is lovely in her hotel. What is certain is that we will book at this hotel again and again.

Overall this was a fairly cheap hotel and you got what you paid for - if you're on a budget then go for this place but I think there are better deals elsewhere for a nicer experience.
The location was quite out of town, and to get a taxi into Goreme cost about £10 each time (so at least £20 a day), so keep that in mind when calculating your best deal. This was cheaper per night than other options but once we added this into the equation it didn't end up being that much cheaper than other options.
Internet didn't work for a couple of days but once reported it did get fixed.
They did try to charge us for drinking alcohol we bought from an outside shop on their terrace which they had never warned us about beforehand - but when we disputed this they dropped the charge.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

Excellent firm beds and well furnished. Very good breakfast selection and extensive dinner menu although not all available each day. Most staff very friendly and capable.
It’s a relatively new hotel near Ortahisar Castle. The management and staff are very helping. The rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view. It’s a 5 min walk from the main crowded center so for those who want serenity and peace, this is a great place to be.
