The hotel is extremely beautiful. It gives the real feels of living in a cave suite. The staff was polite and extremely accommodating. They didn’t know english, yet they took the time and spent the effort to translate their language on translator and make a connection with us. It was snowing that day and the view from their terrace was absolutely stunning.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province.
Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Mr. Sami, the hotel manager, was incredibly attentive and professional. Ms. Özlem at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was very helpful throughout our stay. Ms. Melis made our breakfast experience delightful with her kindness, and Mr. Samet and the rest of the team were equally thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended
The property was very easy to reach, the staff was very friendly, Burak bay gave us useful recommendations for our journey. The hotel has a unique architecture, with lots of nice decorations and it is very clean! I would definitely recommend it!

The location was great and the staff so welcoming.
Most of the hotel was built up within the mountain and gives you an experience of staying in the cave. The breakfast was excellent too. Restaurant staff was very accommodating as well.
We loved the room and the way the hotel is setup, it is not too big. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, we love the interior of the hotel and the the way it leads out to the pool with a beautiful view.
The breakfast was by far the best we had in Turkey in a hotel. High quality produce, lovely display and big spread. The room was comfortable and cozy. The outdoor spaces were nice to hang out in.
