I am a regular visitor here and in Rogla ski centre. If I weren't satisfied the services or the landscape, I wouldn't come here so often. It is good for hiking, bathing, relaxing and skiing-snowboarding.
I haven't been here in spring or in the summer but I am plannig as it must be beautiful then
I had breakfast and dinner at my hotel (ReActive). I used my car but there is a busline up the mountain of Rogla. You can also reach Gorenje easily from here.

There are many things you can visit, see and do in Zreče and its surroundings. Take a bath in Terme, visit Rogla and Pot med krošnjami Pohorje, take a walk around Zreče lake, visit a mini ZOO, have a historic experience at Žička Kartuzija, visit ruins of castle in woods or have a day filled with sports activities, cycling etc.

I am a regular visitor in Zrece, ie. in Rogla.
I am a regular visitor in Zrece, ie. in Rogla. I recron it is a nice area for skiers, hikers and those who like nature or 'Sauna-world'. It is quite easy to reach from the High Way.
Rogla (ski centre) is about 20 minutes up by car but there are ski-buses regularly. Maribor (the second largest city in Slovenia) is only about an hour from Zrece.
On the top of Rogla there is a new Tree-top walking, a 37-metre high tower with a picturesque view to the surroundig hills and Julia Alps. I can also recommend that. The entrance fee is 10 Euros

Location (close to the street and yet silence at night - room 203), breakfast (self service), hosts (friendly, responsive), big and clean room and bathroom for 1-2 person, comfortable beds (so rare these days!), parking place, elevator, air condition, nice balcony, wifi excellent in the room, restaurant and bakery next door (open also on Sundays), spa&pool across the street.
Zrece were not crowded with tourists (June 2022), close to Rogla, nice walks in nature, lake.
Excellent relaxation for 3 nights!
Not far (20 min drive) from the Rogla ski resort and the Zrece thermal bath (4 min drive), well equipped guest rooms attached to an excellent restaurant (worth trying also for lunch/dinner). Comfy rooms, practical common "living room" with complimentary tea, original design, rich breakfast.
Excellent location if you are looking for one to go skiing. Very close to the top of the ski resort Rogla, short walking distance from ski lift/top of the piste. Great food, both for breakfast as well as dinner (great choice of foods). Also, excellent coffee at the lobby of the hotel!
It is nice guesthouse with good restaurant downstairs, located in Zreče, 20 min drive to Rogla ski-scope. Great breakfast, clean rooms and stuff is really nice and helpful.
