The location is just right for us as it's quiet & safe. 5min walk to bus stop & less than 10min to restaurants, cafes, takeaways & supermarkets. We didn't even need to go to the beach areas where there were more restaurant options. Room is roomy & clean. Looks newer than other blocks. We could cook our meals comfortably in the small but adequate kitchen. Fully recommend this place.

I recently stayed at ocenview and was thoroughly impressed. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and markets, making it incredibly convenient for daily visits. The property itself is well-situated, providing easy access to the beach while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment. Inside, it’s comfortable and clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most, however, was the hospitality of the owner. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location convenient to the beach and restaurants. Lovely views from the terrace and a pool that was fantastic for a morning swim. Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was far more extensive than we expected and a very generous variety of items. Host Nicole was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Touristic place, but not too crowded. Very nice beach, we loved the sunsets there. We ate at Baobab Pizza twice, the Ravioli was delicious and it was a very good value for the price. Also the atmosphere of eating right at the beach was great.

All in all fantastic resort , friendly staff , good breakfast , clean rooms and property , relaxing pool and beach. Taxis available always. The manager of this hotel takes care of all details and during my stay she stopped by 3 times to ask if every thing okay.
The wifi is the only thing to be improved;.

We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did not get this. However part way through Abdulla at reception (who was excellent) gave us a free upgrade to a better room.
Hotel was mostly very good and in line with the 5 star rating, although the treatments at the Spa were quite expensive.
Lots of restaurants around the area, and I would recommend hiring a car for the day to see the rest of the island.

The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional. I have been to some of the restaurants/bar and grills in the region, like Boat House, Beach Shak and Baobab. The food was good. The weather was sunny and very hot everyday during my stay. Also, since I was in a self catering apartment there, I had to buy some supplies and I have been to grocery stores like Vimal and Au Bon Valer.
We enjoyed our stay at Coral Strand. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The location is the best on the most beautiful beach on Mahe. Swimming was great in Beau Vallon, the water was calm, the sand was soft and the landscape around was just super beautiful. We enjoyed very much our dinners right on the beach listening to the sound of the waves.
The hotel people were very nice and they they were very attentive to our needs.
The welcome, friendliness and help provided by the owner Niko, and his team could not have been bettered. A true gentleman.
The apartments may not be four star luxury, but has everything you need. You couldn’t ask for better value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious and just a stone’s throw from the beach and the centre of Beau Vallon.
