Everyone at this hotel was welcoming and very helpful. Check in was easy and fast. The people also kindly helped with recommending a rental car which was delivered to and picked up from the hotel. Plenty of parking available on site. It is a short walk to town, the boardwalk, the beach, shops and food outlets, if you don't have a car or don't want to drive. There was no kitchen, but there was a kettle with a few basics (tea, water, sugar) and a fridge. There were nearby shops to pick up the basics for drinks and snacks. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet for sleeping. The bathroom was a little oasis with nice product and robes. The wifi was good to have in case of need to work remotely. The balcony was very large and great for relaxing on comfy furniture. On this side of the island, you'll have beaches and sunsets. The people working there went above and beyond to recommend a place for dinner and to arrange for surprises in the room on a special occasion. Overall, the people and amenities were wonderful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Touristic place, but not too crowded. Very nice beach, we loved the sunsets there. We ate at Baobab Pizza twice, the Ravioli was delicious and it was a very good value for the price. Also the atmosphere of eating right at the beach was great.

All in all fantastic resort , friendly staff , good breakfast , clean rooms and property , relaxing pool and beach. Taxis available always. The manager of this hotel takes care of all details and during my stay she stopped by 3 times to ask if every thing okay.
The wifi is the only thing to be improved;.

We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did...
We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did not get this. However part way through Abdulla at reception (who was excellent) gave us a free upgrade to a better room.
Hotel was mostly very good and in line with the 5 star rating, although the treatments at the Spa were quite expensive.
Lots of restaurants around the area, and I would recommend hiring a car for the day to see the rest of the island.

The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional. I have been to some of the restaurants/bar and grills in the region, like Boat House, Beach Shak and Baobab. The food was good. The weather was sunny and very hot everyday during my stay. Also, since I was in a self catering apartment there, I had to buy some supplies and I have been to grocery stores like Vimal and Au Bon Valer.
We enjoyed our stay at Coral Strand. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The location is the best on the most beautiful beach on Mahe. Swimming was great in Beau Vallon, the water was calm, the sand was soft and the landscape around was just super beautiful. We enjoyed very much our dinners right on the beach listening to the sound of the waves.
The hotel people were very nice and they they were very attentive to our needs.
The welcome, friendliness and help provided by the owner Niko, and his team could not have been bettered. A true gentleman.
The apartments may not be four star luxury, but has everything you need. You couldn’t ask for better value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious and just a stone’s throw from the beach and the centre of Beau Vallon.
