Very rural place, beautiful property with lots of animals and seems they are specialized in weddings. For us it was a great location to visit places in the neighbourhood and park the car easily. Sadly, we were the ONLY guests, but therefore it was also VERY quiet and we had the beautiful breakfast room all to ourselves. FAB breakfast, we were spoiled! Issues with payment at the check-in but they were able to sort it all out the next day. You need to drive if you want to go to dinner but that was no issue for us and they gave us a list of restaurants in the towns around.

This is a careful intervention on a historic convent. It is extremely well done. The breakfast, conference and dining areas are historic halls, and the indoors swimming pool is drop dead gorgeous. The breakfast is exceptional. The room we stayed in (couple with two toddlers) was huge, and the room faced the exceptionally quiet and quite scenic inner courtyard. It was a 10/10 for us.
