Very clean and quiet. Marvelous breakfast, best we had on our trip. It was great that they had parking.

Hotel seems bit outdated, but that s just appearance. Very clever to have modernized on the right things: a big flatscreen, well-working Aircon and a fine breakfast. Price s more than reasonable, since all is very clean, we were good.

Lovely city with an historic centre and a castle, the most beautiful botanical park, beautiful streets, plenty of restaurants, stores and a market, all walkable in minutes with confy shoes a lot of the floor is cobbles in the centre. We didnt fancy big meals so we ate at the Pizzaria Serpense near the park, delicious pizzas and other food at very good prices. But there are typical restaurants in the centre. In the summer there is always some music concert going on. Great for a couple of nights break.

Serpa is like a number of Portuguese towns in that it is slowly dying from a lack of inhabitants. This means there are very few shops and a number of cafes and restaurants seem to have closed in the past few years. However, it is an interesting place to walk around with the castle being the highlight. As a base for the surrounding areas it is ideal.

Serpa is a small country town far from the tourist routes.
Serpa is a small country town far from the tourist routes. It is spotlessly clean in general and sparkles white in the June sunshine. There is an old castle, city walls, and a delightful square. Several nice cafes and restaurants. Most surprising is the delightful city park which is enriched with exotic tree species from all over the world as well and nicely planted flower gardens. Truly a cool respite after several hours in the car.

Serpa itself is a mellow place with lots of character.
Serpa itself is a mellow place with lots of character. A good jumping off place for day trips by car. The b&b itself is a great farm setting but with nice amenities and a good breakfast.
Also, very nice staff
The hotel and staff were very nice. The room and bathroom seemed newly renovated and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They gave us a room with a charming balcony that was very comfortable to hang out on. Serpa is not big so the location was great.
The architecture and the decoration are quite nice. The place quiet and not very far from the center. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is good with regional bread.
