The location was superb. The ocean in front of you, in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room in the house. It had a very comfortable feel.

The house is beautiful and very well equiped. The views from the house are simply spectacular and beautiful. A nice place to rest and enjoy the landscape and sea views of Pico Island. We only stayed for 2 nights but we realise that it's a place to stay longer.

We had an amazing stay!
The property is so beautiful with a breathtaking view on Sao Jorge!
Our room was very comfy, super clean.
The commun rooms are really clean and there is enough space to hangout and have a good time.
The location is great and they provide a taxi service which is cheaper than the taxi company on the island.
But the best from this place is our host! This lovely couple who are so welcoming, sweet, friendly and available for their guests!

Great Accomodation with nice view and BBQ facilitiy at the far end of Pico island. Very calm surrounding and amazing view to São Jorge.
Quiet place. Only one restaurant open starting 7pm, 2 small shops and 1 bar. No no tourist attractions.
Perfect if you looking place for silence and rest and you are ready to drive to see something interesting or to go to restaurant.
Recommended is to have car -- buses are not real option.

Here you can experience the wilder remoter part of Pico Island. I walked along the marked trails about 10km to the Miradouro de Alto de Cedros, finding some woodland trails on the steep hillside. If I'd had another day I'd have taken the bus to Piedade and walked back along the coast.
Praia itself was quiet, with walks to the beach, a handy local shop and passing buses.
