Beautiful setting - amazing view of the river. Stunning to enjoy the view and sounds of the river. Not as hard to find as I thought it would be, given the remote location. The host gave good description of how to find it. We had no trouble finding it or getting inside. Great experience! Would love to come back.

Definitely location: In the forest on the river Minho! Fixe! Comfy beds and spacious rooms all overlooking the river, forest and pool area.
The fabulous forest hiking trail on wooden walkway was the highlight here! 💚

Quinta da Calçada is a beautiful place in the heart of Melgaço. We were very well received, the owner sent us a long list with tips to do and great restaurants to try. The surroundings of the Quinta were beautiful.
