Not only would we stay here again, but we may go back to Regua just to stay at the hotel. A true "FIND"! And the front desk staff were helpful, friendly to the point of sweet. Wonderful stay.

The hotel is really beautiful about 1.5 hours from Porto. The pool is nice, the room has an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. Greet costumer service. The main attractions are about 20 m. There are hiking trails near by.

Amazing views , amazing staff , clean , modern rustic design . Everything was just perfect . Staff was so lovely - everyone was tripping over themselves to accommodate our every need . The only negative was that as vegetarians they had limited offering at the restaurant but the one dish we were able to order was fantastic . Highly recommend this hotel !

It was a gorgeous location with an amazing view down the Douro River in a building that makes you feel like you walked into a fairytale. The room was just like the pictures, the breakfast room was stunning and the food was great, they even provided us with gluten free options. We did the wine tasting and and had a fabulous conversation with Phillipe the owner and met another couple that was staying there. We sat outside at a cute little Terrace area for the wine. The infinity pool was elegant but a little chilly in October. It's much bigger than expected.
We rented a car at Porto airport. It took us about 2 hours in easy driving to reach the place. Carlos provides the address for navigation, the parking at the house is to be reached with a small downhill road.
I would highly recommend the place for anyone who wish to have a few quiet days.
