I loved that this was an old-fashioned authentic European hotel. They still have real keys for the door. It was clean, centrally located to the old town and a wonderful bargain with very courteous staff.

A fantastic town with the old town as unesco heritage! There is plenty to visit, many nice places to eat or party and all in the medieval town scenery! The Vistula river is an additional highlight! Do not forget to visit the house of Copernicus who grew up there and to tastevthe famous ginger bread from Torun!

It's an amazing medieval city, a real pearl. Very interesting and underrated. Buy some gingerbread cookies at Iga Szarzynska, eat a delightful lunch at Szamanko (looks a bit like a fast food bar, but has a Michelin star-worth menu, every ingredient is home made and cautiously prepared).

There is always something going on and lots to do, museums to look around, wonderful churches to look in and lots of varied food and restaurants. Walk down to the river, where you can have boat rides, the views are amazing. I would recommend Toruñ to anyone, the people are so friendly and go out if their way to help you in any way they can

Spacious bedroom. Historic building is stylishly converted and modernised with appealing artworks in public areas. Exceptional breakfast, with huge range of delicacies on offer. Good location close to city wall, river, and city centre. Restaurant serves excellent food at modest prices.
Photos on booking site don't really do justice to hotel interior.
Waterpark is a great advantage: it is relatively new, clean and enough facilities (saunas, pools, one slope)
If you stay from Sat to Sun, you can visit the waterpark for full 2 days!
Breakfast was nice, good for one-night stay. There is bistro and kids playground inside the hotel
