We loved that this was just a short walk from the airport. You can arrange pickup, but we thought it would be quicker and easier to just take the short 15 minute walk upon arrival. It’s a smaller hotel on the same road as the airport with a sidewalk for pedestrians. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean with a kettle and coffees for our early am checkout. We arranged a free shuttle drop off in the morning for our 6am flight. A staff member is at the desk 24 hours a day unless they are running quick drop offs and pickups at the airport. If that’s the case, a sign will be up to let you know. I thought this was a convenient hotel for an early morning flight. I didn’t need to worry about getting to the airport and finding transportation.

The location was close to the airport with secure parking.Although the staff did not speak English, we were able to communicate by using a translator app on our cell phones. The reception staff were very welcoming. There are some nice caramel candies at the front desk.

Friendly staff, I loved how nice and polite everyone was. Cozy rooms (even though on a smaller side) - but it’s more than enough for one person! AC worked, fridge too. Comfy bed. Nice and private location, quiet. Close to the city center - in a walking distance. Good choice of food for breakfast. Reasonable pricing.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English.
Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses.
Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time!
The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free.
Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do.
There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!!
If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h).
To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap!

The hotel is very well located in Krakow when leaving the country by plane. In fact there is a fee to pay for parking but the rental companies are all around so you can bring the rental car back earlier as the departure terminal of the Krakow Airport is in walking distance from the hotel (5 to 10 minutes walk). Breakfast is from 6 am with the usual offer by Hampton so all fine. If the flight is earlier, as from 3 am there is a reduced breakfast offer available. Breakfast and high performance internet are included in the room rate.
Everything, it's a very short trip from Krakow airport, using Uber it's super cheap. The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.
For a three star hotel I would give it almost a five. The place looks very new, and is impeccably clean. The ambiance is very pleasant. The staff was also nice and helpful. It's a perfect hotel for a one night stay before or after a flight. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the airport, and a free shuttle bus is provided. Breakfast is included, so you don't leave hungry.
Stayed here for the second time. And I was convinced that this is a great place to stay overnight near the airport. Very nice staff, the man was very friendly, and he spoke English. The room was cleaner and more comfortable than you expect in a hotel near the airport. And the main plus is they will take you to the airport for free at any time of the day or night.
Hotel staff provided pick-up service at the airport at check-in and brought us to the airport even very early morning on the next day for free of charge. The hotel is located at 3 minutes drive from the Krakow airport. The hotel is ideal for air travelers. The room was clean and equipped with comfortable beds. Electric Kettle was useful. I strongly recommend.
Great location, just metres away from the airport. Free transfer to the hotel from the airport and back. Friendly staff. Rooms well equipped - tea/coffee facility, hair dryer, towels, free toiletries. This was my second stay at Airpark Balice and I will definitely stay again in the future.
The palace hinted at an interesting history and once breathtaking gardens and building. We had clean comfortable rooms and access to a lovely dining area and kitchen. It’s proximity to the airport was what drew us to this location. Far more interesting than a hotel.
A practical solution for early morning flights out of Krakow Airport. Basic breakfast was provided and a free shuttle bus to the airport terminal. The rooms are generic, modern and functional. The food was surprisingly good considering it's a budget airport hotel.
Great location near airport and bus to downtown Krakow. Arrived late around 1am and there was someone there as I had let them know. It was comfortable and clean and the perfect start to my Poland experience. Quiet even though it's so close to an airport.
Everything was perfect: location (10 mins. by foot from the airport), quick checkin, cosy ambience, comfy and clean rooms, and a very tasty and fresh breakfast. The hotel offers also an airport shuttle for 10 PLN per person, but we didn't use it.

when we landed in Krakow- Balice airport I phoned them to let them know that we were ready to be picked up and they picked us up from the airport 7 minutes later. it was very quick. no question asked.
The hotel's location was appropriate. It took 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was convenient. Also, they provided a ride to the airport for 10zl.
Booked this hotel last minute due to our Ryanair flight being cancelled, so needed a hotel close to the airport for our 6.00am flight the next day. Very convenient for our early morning flight.
