Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English.
Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses.
Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time!
The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free.
Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do.
There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!!
If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h).
To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap!

This was an affordable, clean, quiet hotel near airport. The lady proprieter was very nice.
The shuttle to the airport extremely early in the morning which I was able to get on around 4 AM in my case was a life saver.
Krakow airport was quite crowded early in the morning at the Lufthansa counter so maybe recommended to start even earlier on busy travel times of the year.
It is possible to also walk to the airport but can take some time with large luggage.

Close to the airport but not an "airport box" and a nice setting in the middle of a park. Easy to find, parking on site. If you arrive in open hours there is a small supermarket / shop in Balice. There was a kitchen available where you could sort a basic meal, such as supermarket pizza - possibly more but as we didnt plan to use it we didnt pay much attention to it.
We liked the hotel and the service they provided, we had the transfer from the airport and back to the airport the next morning, no delay. The only thing you have to take into account that all 24 h someone can arrive, depart and so on. Walls and doors are not sound proof.
We travel a lot via Krakow airport and this hotel is ideal for it. Staff are lovely and very helpful, breakfast is excellent and rooms very clean and comfortable. Also trains to the centre of Krakow are very regular from the airport train station which is a 5 minute walk.
Clean and cozy hotel, great location next to the airport with a cheap transfer. Always booking for an overnight before the early flight. Very nice and friendly staff. Early breakfast from 3 am.
