Coron is not a metropolis like Manila or Cebu, and thats what makes it perfect. It is a bustling city with everything one needs. The shopping is great! Feel free to make deals. My Filipina is a pro. The nightlife is exceptional, with restaurants, bars, and street food vendors. Most importantly; the Port of Coron and the city dock are the jumping off points to all the amazing destinations that Palawan has to offer.
I know this reads like a professional review, but rest assured I'm just a foreigner who fell in love with Palawan.

If you hv done island Hopping at other places, coron has more clear water on ultimate tour and fish to see. To me only one tour is enough. I did beach time on my own as I like just being at the beach. If you like to do activities at each place then more tours can be done.

Rustic town. All great activities is by boat ride. There is a hot spring nearby which you can reach by tricycle ride. Lots of places to eat in and lots of tours available to choose from. Tours can be with other people which is cheaper or it can be private tour worth a bit more but if you are a big group then itll be worth it.

It was an ultimate experience, Im not a swimmer and afraid, but i was able to do snorkling, and simple dive because the tourist guide of Kalmian tour will really encourage you and they are really watching over me and assure you that you will be safe, we do this things during rainy season . Just Bring cash because most stablishment ,restaurant is cash basis,but there is ATM also arround the corner.We ate differnt restaurant the serving is big good for 2 to 3 person, and food is really tasty, There is lots of coffe shop also arround the town.Mode of transportation is tricycle good for 6 person paymet 15 pesos on town proper ,but it far depends where are you going we pay 700 pesos we went to Hot Spring Mt. Maquinit its very relaxing i really like that place.The tricycle driver will stay and wait for you. The best food we ate is in Lutgardos sunset bar we order litson kawali, eggplant salad, relyenong bangus all is masarap plus my daughter ordered cocktail drinks
Store souvenirs are just areound our hotel, butwe buy in Coron Souvenir store with free taste of kasoy tarts.Best vacation we have in Coron.

We loved Coron, it had a small local feel about it and the people there were so friendly. It doesn’t have a beautiful beachline like places nearby like El Nido but I actually preferred it, it was much more authentic! We did an island hopping tour of Coron island which was very beautiful and we visited the hot springs (go in the evening, around 5/6) and went to the plaza for street food. 2 days was the perfect amount of time here. If we’d stayed longer I would’ve loved to dive as I’ve heard amazing things about the area but we only had limited time. We went to veggie/vehan restaurant called fresh bites, slow service but delicious food! We travelled to the hot springs but motorbike but tricycles are easy to pick up from anywhere.

very nice, tugged away boutique hotel that offers great serenity during the stay. services is the real highlight as staffs are highly professional and super friendly, and went over and beyond to accommodate to your needs and wishes. restaurant a la carts menu also nice. Hotel could assist w everything from tour booking to arranging shuttle service to and from airport. only complaint is bad network but that’s probably the same everywhere in Palawan and lights in the room are bit dark at night.
If you want to stay in Coron town the location of this hotel is perfect. It is only a few minutes walk from the Main Street where all the bars and restaurants are.
The staff were very friendly. They arranged a transfer to the airport and also did our laundry for us. They were very helpful and were willing to help at every opportunity.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice.
A beautiful property in the heart of coron town. The staff were so friendly and the pool was stunning. Staff carried all luggage at all occasions. Small touches made a difference - they did not charge us for the cappuccinos we ordered at breakfast etc . A quiet hotel - peaceful . The two girls on reception were excellent at their job and organised tours and replies to all emails perfectly
Hotel in quiet area 10 mins from Coron town by motorbike (rental available near hotel) or trike. Large bedroom with 6 comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Large swimming pool and bar was inside hotel area. Breakfast was quite tasty with choice of local food. Staff was nice and helpful (eg. arranged transport from/to airport).
Unparalled location and service. 10mins kayak away from twin lagoon. Rooms are perfect for relaxing and the lagoon which the houseboats are in is just perfect. Would never think of booking anywhere else if back in Coron or Palawan. Worth every penny.
