We liked staying at three little birds. The stay is close to the beach and the hotel is gorgeous. The pool area has sun all day and the vibe with the cabanas is exactly what we like. The room was clean and staff tried the best to help us.

The accommodation was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very spacious, comfy room with beautiful grounds right on the beach. The pool is lovely with shaded areas and the restaurant serves a wide range of delicious food. The staff were super helpful throughout my stay.
I had just spent 3 weeks exploring the Philippines and this was the perfect way to end my trip. Sad I couldn't stay longer!
It is about 45 mins from Jagna Port and also 2 1/2 hours from Panglao Airport. The accomodation arranged pick ups (for an added cost) which was very helpful.
I highly recommend this property!

Anda is still unspoilt by tourism. There are no kiosks selling cuddly toys or kiss me quick hats and to be honest, if that is what you expect from a holiday you should head to one of the popular destinations in the Mediterranean. If you want to see real life in the Philippines then Anda is probably one of the last remaining destinations. The signs of change are starting but it's still there now if you are quick.

TLDR: If you have food allergies, your food choices will be severely limited. Beach cleanliness needs work. Other points of interest will have trash laden everywhere as well.
Vegans will have a tough time in this area since access to this type of food is limited. Your main dish would likely be vegetarian pancit bihon/pancit canton.
Vegetarians will fair better.
The beach sand and view of the ocean is very nice, but trash is laden everywhere on the beach and needs more effort by the locals to keep the place clean. The trash mainly comes from the ocean where debris will wash ashore, but there are places where trash is left by local inhabitants. There are also no public restrooms on this beach or public trash cans maintained by the local government. Expect to carry your trash with you, if you are the environmentally conscious-type. You will also find significant ocean life on the beaches, so be very careful not to contaminate the environment with human-made products.
Other points of interest will have trash scattered everywhere, but this is common in the Philippines. However, you will find less here than the average.

If the goal is mainly to relax , Casa Amihan is an excellent choice, with wonderful staff, always willing to accommodate your requests.
It is quite in the middle of nowhere (2hrs drive from the airport) but it is still possible to organize some activities if you don't mind spending some time on commuting (we went swimming with the shark whales in Lila area).
I'll definitely recommend this place!

Anda is a beautiful area but you'll have to drive quite a ways from the airport in Panglao. Don't expect hordes of tourists but also don't expect a lot of facilities or restaurants either. The roads to get into some of the resorts are atrocious.

Anda is a beautiful place.
Anda is a beautiful place. However, one has to do their research on the their accommodation, location and other things that can affect their experience while in Anda. We dodged the bullet when we didnt choose the other resort.
You really need to actually READ the review of the accommodation you are eyeing for with a degree of reasonability, re: price commensurate to the location, quality, facility of the resort.
The place is simply amazing as it is very quiet and right on the cliff! It's the perfect place if you want to dive the 36 diving spot offered by Anda! The diver master is a great person and also the crew were fun and I had the best dives of my life! We were able to see so many different species and as well as the Mandarin fish!
The hotel staff is very welcoming and the restaurant is also good. The room was spacious enough, we stayed in the one with Air Conditioning and an amazing view! Extremely value for the money! I will be back
Pretty much everything. from location, to views, to the excellent service that their staff provided, even to the other guests that were fun to talk to. Their food at the restaurant was also great, I operate a Bed and Breakfast in another part of the island so my standards are high, but i had absolutely nothing to complain about at this property, which is rare. I highly recommend staying here if you prefer to stay at a more private and intimate resort rather than the crowded and loud resorts at Panglao.
We loved the staff and the atmosphere of 1peace. We felt really welcommed and enjoyed our stay, we would not have liked to leave! The food is amazing and the family dinner is always delicious and an amazing way to get to know the other guests and even make lifelong friends if you are lucky!
The location is on the quieter side of Bohol, wich we loved. The place is by a really beautiful beach, where you can see turtles and other marine life just by snorkeling from the beach!
Highly recommend!
the rooms were big and was a nice comfortable bed, staff were helpful and we were able to rent a bike from them as you need one if going to stay here as it’s about a 20 min walk to the main town / beach and its needed to see the other sights in Anda.
We liked staying at three little birds. The stay is close to the beach and the hotel is gorgeous. The pool area has sun all day and the vibe with the cabanas is exactly what we like. The room was clean and staff tried the best to help us.
