Elger, is one of the front desk staff and has an excellent skill of customer service. Since the first day he was very polite and friendly and knows how to do his job. The breakfast was very good.

The staff was beyond helpful, everyone was very kind and happy to answer any and all questions about the area. They safely stored my bags for 5 days while I was away in the jungle. They arranged pick up and drop off from the Iquitos airport. The breakfast and the accomodations were simple and basic, nothing fancy but it was everything I needed!
