this hotel really exceeded my expectations i really loved my stay. great staff, beautiful hotel, BEAUTIFUL restaurant! A server named Eve was there and she was an absolute angel and served us with such friendliness and warmt and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The bed was very comfortable—nice and high. The pillows were good quality. The TV was huge, which made it easy to view. We also had a great view from the third floor. The bathroom and the bath were massive.

Very spacious and clean. Annie welcomed us and toured us quickly, showing where to get coffee and food. Their pantry was well packed. The bathroom was large and very very clean.
Fabulous location. Well stocked unit with all essentials and very tidy. Good base with zoo/notation/crystal mountain within approx1/2hour drive. Very quiet neighbourhood. Good heating. Value for money compared with other places.
We were close enough to drive to supermarket and Pizza Hut for our two night stay.
Is best suited for a couple we had a toddler and falling on hard floors etc was a challenge.
Good communication on booking.
First time using app etc so took some getting used to.
