Location was amazing. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. I loved that the cabin was spotless with everything you would need, even a first aid kit. The shed with the free use of bikes was a great touch. The "Fun Shed" was great too with games, Boggie boards and even a push chair!

Great bed, great air conditioning systems. Bathroom nice and clean.
Orewa is a small coastal town with a big heart. There are loads of little shops and restaurants. The Sunday market was such a lovely surprise. There are also some of the best breakfast cafes.
Can walk and cycle along the Estuary onto the beach.

If you want to go to a place that makes you feel welcome, then it Orewa is that place. If you need to feel safe where there is a sence of community, where people are friendly and happy then its Orewa. It's a go to happy place for me when i need a break or a change, that feeds my body, tucks me in at night and gives me peace and calm. That charges my batteries, resets me and gets me back on the right path until the next time. It's also a spiritual place.

Beautiful seaside town.
Beautiful seaside town. Beach is stunning, excellent for children. Big parks, markets on weekends. Supermarket is close. Plenty of eating options close by from takeaways to fine dining. Shopping mall just up the road at Silverdale. Bush walks and much much more.

Orewa is easy to find and has excellent choice for food - the whole area is well laid out and in a wonderful setting of mature trees, parks, walkways, convenient access to beach and parking. The shops are interesting and locals friendly. Just feels like a peaceful easy place to be.

A friendly small town but packed full of different cafes and restaurants.
I know it can get very busy during the peak summer months but late summer seems to be a good time to visit. Busy but not crowded.

The beach was within walking distance and it was a nice sandy very clean beach. There was plenty of free parking for people travelling or those living further away.
You have everything you need all in walking distance, so no need for a car if you are staying locally.
There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes.
Most properties had a sea view, and if you are staying in one of the hotels you will see an amazing sunset.

It was a light and roomy apartment. It was nice being able to access the balcony area from the living room & main bedroom. There was enough seating for 2 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped but as the town of Orewa was on the doorstep we ate out a lot but there were 2 supermarkets very close by. Views of the beach & sea from the room. Safe parking. The pool and hot tubs were good. The whole building was quiet, a mixture of owners and rentals. Everyone we met was friendly.
I recommend the Ramada Suites and the town of Orewa.
This haven is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I loved that it delivered everything it said it would, plus more. It was just a few steps away from the beach. I could see the ocean from the patio while sipping on wine and nibbling on crackers and cheese, finishing off with chocolates all provided by the lovely host. It was a lovely way to spend the Easter weekend. I chose this accommodation to enjoy some precious privacy away from the bustle and noise of Auckland. Thank you so very much.
The unit is close to central Orewa and the north, south motorways. The back gate opened to the paths around the estuary for a good morning walk or great coffees in town.
The accommodation was "clean and comfortable" with everything we needed for our 10 day stay
Great stay at Orewa Beachcomber. Loved our particular unit that was decorated with Art Deco theme. Close to beach and shops and restaurants. Owners were friendly and helpful. Top marks.
