One of the worst hotels I have stayed in my entire life
The sound insulation is very weak, and throughout the night I hear the sounds of walking inside the hotel, the sound of dogs barking outside, and the sound of the train that passes by the hotel every 15 minutes.
The staff at the reception are the ones who clean the bathrooms and prepare the food. He comes out of the bathroom to serve the food. This is disgusting.🤢
The employees are strangely stupid. It seems that the owner does not pay well to bring in qualified people

The staf very polite and carful especially Victoria. She is beyond any expectation. Inside of hotel and outside very nice, especially the garden and the view over the woods. The breakfast is one of the best qualities, the ingredients and everything are fresh and tasteful. The only thing I really missed, it was about the bathroom, there were not any possibilities to hang our towels.
Exceptional hotel. Beautiful castle, highly professional and friendly staff (with particular compliments to Goran the concierge), great location for starting walks in the hills. Our Deluxe Double Room overlooked the beautiful garden, and was well designed for the provided space; combining minimalist with classic elements. The welcome Champagne was much appreciated too.
The owners were lovely, and extremely helpful. We had issues with our card at the ATM. Marie drove me to another machine and then assisted me finding a way to get some cash. She went above the requirements of any hotel we have ever stayed at before
