Very pleasant stay and the room was the largest I have ever had in a hotel. Also the room was very clean.
And there was a welcome surprise for my dog, which was super cute and kind.
The hotel staff was very attentive and took care (proactively!) of my special need that I formulated just as a question but then there was immediately a solution. Very good experience.
Fletcher Hotel-Hotel De Klepperman is situated in Hoevelaken, a cosy village near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and Amersfoort. Benefit from free parking and comfortable rooms with WiFi.

Everything was very relaxing and peaceful.
Even though it was just off the motorway, you could not hear it.
All the staff very friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious( don't expect burger and chips) The food is more like fine dining.

It’s a unique looking place and it being a school for philosophy gives it an extra dimension. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and modern and if you have a room on the ground floor like me you can walk from the backside of your room straight into the forest. Breakfast is sumptuous. Rooms are quiet which is good since the hotel is located almost directly next to the highway. Plenty of free parking including charging for EV’s.
The hotel reception is very fancy and nice. The room was big and the it was nice that the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower and an extra WC. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
