It is in a lovely town close to Efteling with greenery. The property was clean, comfortable and inviting. Marcel was the best host sharing his recommendations and culinary skills for breakfast.

Kaatsheuvel is but a small town that we visit when we go to The Efteling, one of Europe's largest and oldest theme parks.
It is great to spend the entire day there and then stay in Kaatsheuvel so we can rest our feet and have dinner in one of the many bars and restaurants there.

A wonderful place, nice staff, super modern property and rooms, clean, cozy and comfortable. They have a nice restaurant just downstairs but my favorite spot is the bar with the beautiful terrace! In the Terrace there is a playground and a minigolf for the kids. Perfect to relax with the kids! Also, parking is free :) Great value for money!

We took a 4 day break in Netherlands.
We took a 4 day break in Netherlands. Flew into Eindhoven, rented a car and were able to visit Oertijdmuseum (Dinosuar museum), Beekse Bergen safari, Efteling (theme park) and Kids Wonderland (play centre for kids). Kaatsheuvel is a short drive from Tilburg and Eindhoven and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. If we had more time we would have liked to visit Amsterdam which was an hour and a half drive. It rained heavily on our last day, otherwise we may have got to explore Eindhoven on foot.
A small holiday villa in a small park. Other houses very close. Walking distance from the woods - Drunense Duinen. The quality of the villa was good, very clean and all essentials available. Most of the bed rooms spacy enough. Own parking place for the car. Nice private courtyard and jacuzzi (which we didn't use). Great is the vicinity to De Efteling - a famous atraction park based on old fairytales, but nowadays having great new attractions such as a super rollercoaster - Baron.
The hotel is excelent located near Efteling, a few minutes walk, it was safe and super kid friendly, going there with an 8 yo we felt welcomed and could relax in the hotel lounge or restaurant. They mostly accommodated families during our stay over the weekend. The food was delicious, the rooms and hotel were simple and fun decorated, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overall feeling was cozy like home.
It was very close to Efteling theme park, few minutes walk away. Walking distance to Lidl & a lovely bakery. We arrived late evening on a Sunday & needed somewhere to sleep for the night to check in at Efteling the next day.
Our flight was slightly delayed. I emailed the host & any communication was very good. All instructions they advised on gaining access etc was very straightforward.
Rooms & shower etc were very clean, beds were comfortable.
Magical atmosphere, the apartment has everything you may need and more, Agertha and Paul hospitality, incredible breakfast, perfect position and environment for the Efteling park and more.
