The location of this accommodation was perfect. The surroundings and views were beautiful. The staff is very nice. We had a problem with the fan immediately upon arrival, but they immediately and willingly solved the problem. Breakfast was simpler but very tasty. The staff helped with a trip around the area for a very reasonable price. They also cooked us very tasty food. I recommend this place one hundred percent.

The location at Playa Gigante is a well kept secret, it is close enough but away from more crowded locations to the south and to the north. The people at Gigante are working fishermen mostly with huge smiles, and willing to go out of their way to help. Smiles and greetings guaranteed as they pass you by. No exceptions. Wow. The hotel, is a small operation run by its owner and loyal staff, always on premises. Very secure, very clean, very attractive and representative of the area. I would not consider booking anywhere else when I decide to return, which I most certainly will.

Besides that everything was clean the people working there were insanely welcoming and literally made our stay. Never met someone so friendly and happy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was big and had very good water pressure.
Washing machine was a bonus.
Hosts - amazing! Helped us with every little detail and speak fluent English.

The swimming pool is very nice and super clean. The owner is very helpful to guide us where are the surfing spots, eating out, etc. It is a nice spot! Excellent value!
Not the most exciting town. Very busy with trade.
We have encountered very rude taxi drivers trying to charge us triple of normal fees (we knew taxi prices beforehand).
Everyone we spoke to warned us not to walk around in the dark.

My stay here was to accompany my daughter to the hospital to have her baby. Overall that experience was not good. What I saw of the town I liked, many places to buy fresh food and little shops. The taxi driver that brought me to the hospital and back was amazing! Locals that I talked to were kind
