The resort was beautiful and has so much to offer. Private beach (with water sports offer e) lovely pool with swim up bar, 5 restaurants, kids areas, a gym, tennis court and a sports bar with games such as pool table and darts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is very large but they offer a free and efficient shuttle service all around which is useful during the day when temperatures are high. The restaurants we ate at during our stay were all great, especially the Thai restaurant located at the bottom of a pier on the ocean. Our stay was enjoyable apart from the disturbed sleep due to the noise issues mentioned below.

The resort is away from the busy town. The individual chalet rooms are lovely. A good size. They each have a balcony facing the small lake at the front and one at the back facing the mangroves. Good pool but very few chairs. Breakfast is a limited choice but adequate. It’s close to the cable car and waterfall areas.. we took cheap grab taxis.

Malaysia itself is built on tourism use, I didnt like the fact that you have to pay to use bathrooms specially in touristic areas where you will spend already inside as there is food, shops and activities, and also you have to pay for a bathroom and extra for tissue. which made it a struggle if you walk with no money. most of the adventures are not priced you are given a different price and every tourist is given a different price, and the staff claim they dont know if you ask any question that would make them not profit. overall its a very beautiful city, but it is not a place I would go to again.

Loved being in the rain forest, lovely beach and had such a relaxing time and people are so friendly and helpful. Recommend trips such as Mangrove boat trip. Relatively cheap to eat out as were drinks.

Excellent location. Short walk to sky bridge. Private beach. Three restaurant choices. Friendly monkeys. Good food. Relativelyclean sandy beach. Friendly accommodating staff. Trolleys are always available.
You can hear your neughbors at times. Not sure if sea water had jelly fish or not please inform us better each day. Some busy food kiosks like egg bkfst or peak times. Swimming pool is ok but a bit small.

We had an amazing time, and we will be going back for another weeklong stay next summer. The staff were very accommodating - Mr. Jamal was very hands on to address any requests in relation to the hotel stay, Mr. Fikri offered our daughter a lovely experience with the aquatic fauna in addition to preparing the most delicious cocktails for us, the entire team in the restaurant was very attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to assist.

5-6 days would be a nice relaxing holiday. You get to visit different places each day and go back to the hotel, relaxing in the pool with bar service. One of the highlights is Mangrove tour, you get to go round the Mangrove and out to other islands with clear water, watch the eagles and snorkeling. Skycab is a must, went up to the top, can see beautiful islands and the whole Langkawi.
