From the moment we arrive d the staff was very accommodating. Addressing every need. The food was excellent! The cenote was truly amazing. Loved our swimming time..and because we stayed the night, we had quiet time available to us on the property and in the cenote!

Beautiful building, lovely courtyard, delicious and complete breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking. Location could not be more central. They even packed us breakfast to go the day that our Chichén Itza tour left before breakfast. So appreciated!

Helpful, friendly staff who helped arrange drivers to Ek Balam and nearby cenotes at reasonable prices. Clean spacious room and bathroom, AC, bottled water in room, coffee available at reception from 6AM so we didn't have to wait until breakfast. Attractive grounds with nice seating around pools. Quiet neighborhood.

very convenient location - super easy to walk all over town from. We were also able to store our bags in the hotel before we could check in. We requested a 2nd floor room and they put us on the main floor but then managed to move us up as requested. Definitely a great option for a night or few nights! And very beautiful rooftop restuarant and pools!

Location was very central. Dang near on top of the ADO bus station, which was perfect for me, having an early ride the next day.
Very peaceful. No food available at the beautiful on-site restaurant except simple continental breakfast.
