Location was perfect. Breakfast was ok: we had to leave early for a tour and they prepared a box for us, quite average but appreciate the effort to make it possible. They also kept our bags the whole day since we had to checkout before our tour, which shows flexibility.

Exceptional stay at Hacienda Kaan Ac. What a dream to be waking up to exotic birds singing. The Hacienda breathes history. The room was really big, and the mattress so comfortable. The staff is so kind! It was nice to walk to the restaurant for breakfast, and walk around the gardens and the house. Mega plus: we got to hang out on the roof of the hacienda and look at the stars!

Beautiful building and wonderful staff. We loved the clean swimming pool. The rooms downstairs are huge. The staff and the owner are the nicest people. The breakfast is delicious. We liked the location, within a 20-minute walk from the center. Just be aware that when it rains it is good to wear sandals/flip flops as the streets get flooded (the sidewalks are still ok, though). Overall, great experience.
