The surroundings, nature, as the place is taken care of as it is in a beautiful setting with rivers and cascadas surrounding the hotel area. The thermal water pool is wonderful and always well kept as are the plants and the whole place.

The property was gorgeous and fun place for my toddler to play. I appreciated the options for dinner and breakfast and thought the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Truthfully, I wish we had stayed a little longer.

Our host, Cristian was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay wasn't only pleasant but comfortable and fun. He offered to take us to "Los Azufres" which are the natural hot springs and also took us to the airport for a fair price. We highly recommend staying at Pura Vida Cuidad Hidalgo on your next trip!
