The owner, Rene, was very attentive, friendly, and he made me feel very welcome. The property has plenty of trees which make it pleasantly cool. For the entire time I stayed I had no need for a fan as there was a nice breeze both day and night. Lots of screened windows to let that breeze in and I honestly never encountered a single mosquito inside or out of the room.

This is by far the most beautiful accommodation in Agua Blanca and I felt extremely comfortable. Feno was an exceptional host and the personell was very nice and attentive aswell. There are three cute dogs that will follow you to the beach and adopt you immediately, the all stole my heart. The pool is perfect for in the morning before or after breakfast or when the sea is too rough to swim and you can spend the day relaxing in the hammock on the balcony of your room or the one at the pool. To the two shops and the many restaurants in the center of town its about a 10-15 minutes walk. The room is spacious and comfortable and I slept very well, waking up to the sound of waves. I recommend arriving with a car so you can get around the coast but if not, Agua Blanca has everything to stay there for several days. Download the direction and where the hotel is exactly so you can find it without trouble when you arrive - except from everyones Wifi's there is no reception anywhere in Agua Blanca.

The layout of the casa was super nice, with warm lights during the evening, the waves you could hear from the room, the hammocks to chill, the stars you could see at night. It is a place without many things to do around but if you want a quiet empty beach to calm your mind, wander in clean sand and watch birds catch fish in the ocean, this is the perfect place.

You can't beat the location. It's a house on the beach - even if it's not the safest place to swim due to high waves and currents, if you know your limits and manage your risks - nothing can be better than having swim in the morning 20 meters from your room. We had a room downstairs, it had an outside kitchen (power cocktail mixer is a perfect thing to have there - make sure to grab some fruit and rum in local store) and a nice outdoor area to chill out. Sunset views, almost wild beach around - you can't beat it. The bed was large and comfy, there was no need for AC as the wind does the job. One of the dream locations, calm, picturesque, instagramable, just perfect. Design of the room itself is another plus, feels super natural and stylish. Very happy we chose it and hope to come back one day.

We really enjoyed this place as we were looking for that remote experience and connection with nature. The beach was lovely as it felt remote and somehow private. The location worked well for us as we were in the middle between Puerto Escondido and Mazunte which we wanted to explore. We loved how pet friendly the place is, there were other dogs roaming around free. The common area is beautiful, an open space with a lot of lounging options and tables. You can see, hear and feel the ocean from there. We were also there at night and the pool has lights and you can stay late. We appreciated our kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook as there is no restaurants around the area. We enjoyed our small private pool, it was very convenient to refresh ourselves from the high heat just outside our living room. The staff was very nice and friendly.
