Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful if we had questions about activities or restaurants. We felt very pampered. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were gifted a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate. A very thoughtful and kind gesture. We highly recommend the NaNA Hotel. A great location and superb service! We miss all the beautiful smiles of the staff already!

It was beautiful. I love the pool and restaurant next to it. Menu was good. The lobby was welcoming and staff were friendly. We were there for Day of the Dead so the vibrant decorations were reflective of that.

This hotel was absolutely adorable. I stayed here by myself for one night. My room was super cute. They even included little chocolate hearts on the desk. I loved how the proceeds went to help a good cause (education of Oaxaca kids since graduation rates are some of the lowest in Mexico). There was also a complimentary breakfast cooked to order, so it was super fresh. The staff was delightful, too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to change rooms after 5 nights because they put a couple with a 2-year-old next to me and the noise was awful. The night staff quickly moved me to the second floor- which was MUCH NICER- see my description below. I appreciate that customer service. The location can't be beat! Also- they put a bottle of water in each room every day- two if there are two in your room.

Location is outstanding. Breakfast and lunch were very good with ample options. The pools and surrounding area/deck were lovely but the pool water was freezing cold making use impossible. The pool was our primary reason for selecting this hotel so we were very disappointed.
