Beautifully secluded resort with lots of wildlife. The restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful and really helpful.

Villas Roseliz is a small family hotel in front of the Caribbean Sea within the Sian Ka`an Biosphere Reserve. The hotel is located in the town of Punta Allen which is 56 km south of Tulum.
With Manati Beach reachable in 200 metres, Hotel Cielo y Selva provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a terrace and a bar. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge.

We loved our stay at Cielo y Selva. We booked a tent and it was great, quite spacious. clean and what’s most important literally on the beach. We also took the Dolphine tour with them and ut was great, even though our guide did not speak good English but we saw dolphines, turtles, lots of birds. reef and a beautiful beach.
Casa Pascale is a quaint hotel located in the tropical destination of Punta Allen, 100 metres from the beach. It offers an on-site restaurant and boasts Wi-Fi access.

BUT A 16% CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL is unacceptable! And with the tip added AFTER the 16% charge was also very poor form.
Be aware and ask the hotel before you book what the Extra Charges will be!
It was the first place we stayed in town and It was very unfortunate and sad to latterly be told by the other Punta Allen hoteliers, restauranteurs and barmen we were massively overcharged– 5% is the norm !
We thought we had had such a great experience at Casa Pascale until the 16% bill surplus plus tip on top experience was revealed as rudely excessive!
After Punta Allen we saw Pascale in Puerto Morelos but descided not to speak about the 16% charge especially when she was supposedly in Oaxaca.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops.
Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach.
But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel,kids loved it!
But this place is far and the road is not good.

My trip was rescheduled due corona. They ignored all my messages and calls, and stole my money. No even booking.com answers me. I got stolen, and nobody answer, nobody does anything, nobody takes responsability.
Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing location. We enjoyed staying in the tent which even had electricity. The hotel restaurant and bar even had prices similar to town.
Staff that run the place are absolutely lovely.. They are attentive, kind, and accommodating. If ever I visit Punta Allen again I'd definitely book at their hotel.
