Super nice hotel. Very spacious and updated nicely. Really nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. A couple of staff members that could speak English we're very helpful with our struggle with Google translate as our Spanish is still pretty minimal. There is a very nice restaurant on site and the food is muy bueno. Special shout out to Carmina in the restaurant. Super nice and helpful young lady. She is studying for the hotel and tourist business and is intent on improving her English. She will do very well. Her customer skills are excellent.
Great location for the hotel as it's well within walking distance to Centro which was a pretty exceptional area.

The library and cathedral are amazing. Try to get to the weekend markets. We also got a taxi (quite cheap) to Cholula to see the wonderful church perched over the town.

Puebla Puebla is a city with a lot of history of the conquistadores. I don't recommend this city to people that don't like to visit cathedrals or churches. My favorite place to eat was El comal delicious sopa pueblana. Very easy to get around down town. You can take uber to visit los fuertes or to go any place you want to visit or take the turibus. Puebla state has many small magical towns and waterfalls. My favorite place was the library Palafoxiana.

Beautiful vibe for a walk, recommend taking a tour with sightseeing bus (we were with Spanish speaking family member so we took the original old bus which has the excursion in Spanish only, it’s an open roof bus and it was fun).
We liked the live concert of Mozart and famous local soprano in the biggest once in Latin America library (unesco heritage), the main square and Puebla cathedral, the museum of railway, and of course, countless churches.

Beautiful town with a great atmosphere - we only had time to explore just a bit but would love to have stayed longer to explore additional neighbourhoods and activities, hikes, sites, etc. Lots of great food and drink options and a great vibe from locals. We loved it here!

Very neat downtown with a lot of museums and history. Also puebla has one of the best food traditions in mexico. to go from one place to another in downtown is easy by foot, going to further locations we've used uber, which was reliable and not so expensive.

Very clean place right in the heart of Puebla highly recommended. A big shout out to the Manager Brenda at the front desk. Such a delightful lady who went out of her way to help. The staff were very friendly and willing to help in what ever way, they also have a laundry facility reasonably price.
It's a super nice hostel. It's perfectly clean, the dorm was huge and beautifully furnished with many nice details. The staff is more than friendly and helpful! It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historical center what is perfectly fine. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the hostel 100%! Have stayed in several hostels in Puebla and this was definitely the best one.
Spacious room, convenient location, supplies in the room including facial tissues and slippers which may not be available in many other hotels we stayed in Mexico. But best is their staff, Eric is extremely helpful and professional.
We ate breakfast at the hotel twice, and it was outstanding both times. Also, lunch once and dinner once. The chiles en nogada were the best we have ever had!
We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well.
