Good place for a family to stay. Three bdrm three bath. A bit small, but cozy and very accommodating with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook meals for a family. Good location with good beaches and attractions within convenient reach. Very accommodating staff, helped us out with laundry. We would stay here again.

It was a lovely clean studio with tasteful quality traditional Mexican decor. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful items like beach towels, beach sarongs, water in the fridge. The owner and manager were very quick to respond and sort out any minor issues we had. I loved the fact that we were able to recycle glass, cans and plastic bottles. Everything clearly labelled and covered bin for general rubbish. I particularly loved the outdoor pool area. Lovely pool with recliners and landscaped with beautiful palms and tropical plants.
We felt very safe at night in the area.
Apart from the traffic issue the condo was well placed for walking to the beach and good local shops- grocers, fruit shop, fish shop and coffee shops.

not much. Grossly over-priced. Owners were pleasant but obviously waiting for an offer from a real estate developer. Neighborhood was excellent; close to good selection of restaurants.

Although Bucerias is growing quickly and people are buying up property, it is still considered a nice, quiet Mexican town that you can enjoy and relax in. There are many activities to do or you can do as little as you wish. Something for everyone.

Bucerias is a little town that is easy to get around by foot. It’s not crowded or noisy, but has lots of restaurants and lots to do if you want to do it. Unfortunately condos are creeping in and I don’t know how long it can stay the way it is now. The people are friendly, both the natives and the many Canadians who have moved there. We didn’t eat anywhere that wasn’t good. Ask around or just try places. Wear sturdy shoes for the cobblestone streets. The curbs are deep so you get a workout just walking. I don’t think I would ever stay in PV again. I love Bucerias and that area.

Nereidas Lofts is a nice, clean, modern property.
Nereidas Lofts is a nice, clean, modern property. One block to the beach and the access is on the same street. The restaurant on the ground floor is really good for breakfast and lunch but closes at 2 pm. Across the street to the south is Jorges restaurant. Very good basic Mexican dishes with awesome smoothies. More of a working persons' place with great service and a very friendly atmosphere.

The beach is beautiful and clean. Easy to walk to the beach. Cute shops in the market. Nice restaurants on the beach. Lots of older American and Canadian tourists. We always ate a a street side seafood restaurant with ice cream next door. Easy to buy snacks at Oxxo.

I LOVE being in Bucerias - this was my third trip staying there. The only negative is that there are also a lot of other people who love Bucerias - there is a massive amount of condo building going on. Hopefully, it will not take over and ruin the local businesses that really add to the flavor of the city. I am very comfortable there. It is large enough to have all the amenities that I want but small enough to be able to walk around and not feel crowded-in like being in a larger city. At no time did I feel unsafe - of course I wasn't walking around at 2 in the morning, either, and stuck with areas with which I was already pretty familiar. The restaurants there are amazing - El Brujo, Sandrina's, La Comalita, Cafe las Flores, Le Postal, Le Bistrot, Mr. Santana's - and the list goes on and on. I have a list of at least another half dozen that I want to try. I didn't have a single bad meal or dining experience the whole time there.

Beach and the place we stayed in were great but town busy...
Beach and the place we stayed in were great but town busy with tourists. Restaurants good but very crowded in January. Have to make reservations in the most popular ones. Karens place on the beach is good for a sunset experience.
A very new building and an uncluttered, modern aesthetic make this a fine choice to stay in Bucerias. Everything was brand new, and good quality. One block off the beach, our third-floor room (#6) had a view of the ocean from our balcony. Great location close to many of the best restaurants in town. We enjoyed a very comfortable king-size bed. A large, ground-level pool was big enough for swimming laps, and had just enough greenery in the area to soften the setting and make it inviting. Nice quality toiletries in that bathroom.
After seeing the shared room, I chose a private room. The room was nice, spacious, has a ventilator and air conditioning, wifi is pretty good, everything is being cleaned a few times a day. Kitchen available to cook, although not very well equiped with utensils. But pretty decent price and location for your money in Bucerias. Hostel has lockers too to store your stuff.
The deluxe room was a completely renovated gem in an older hotel, with a wonderful kitchen on the deck. The staff were polite, professional and accommodating. Room service daily..immaculate.
This location is excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Great location. Unlike our PV hotel, we had a coffee maker and small fridge in our room. They were very responsive to our questions and needs, eg: offering to arrange taxis,
