L'amfitrió ha estat molt, molt amable. Ens va deixar escollir entre una habitació normal o una cabana. L'habitació tenia tot el necessari i tot en molt bon estat. Fins i tot hi havia nevera i cafetera.
També ens va donar molta informació sobre que fer a Bacalar i voltants, i consells.
Un allotjament cuidat i bonic. L'entorn és ideal per desconnectar i relaxar-se. Las Villas són àmplies i confortables. Tot està molt net. Bon esmorzar y personal molt amable. A 10 minuts amb cotxe de Bacalar. Disposes de Kayaks per poder descobrir l'entorn.
L'hotel és molt tranquil, les habitacions tenen molt bones vistes i són grans i netes. L'Horacio va ser molt amable amb nosaltres i hi vam estar molt a gust.
