It's a good resort with lots of green, good gym and amazin staff that cares about you. There are 3 main dining options: Yumi cafe + Lighthouse + Fish market. Last 2 are reservations and for dinner only. For brunch / afternoon you have 2 very good options: near Yumi cafee and the Retreat. Nice chill atmosphere and good vibe there. You are provided with 2 bicycles that are super comfortable to move around the island. Took manta-ray excursion and it was amazing! I had my birthday there and it was really nice present from the hotel, management and people working there. Really service is supr good here! Snorkling area also good, but I've seen 3 time shark like meter and a half long, not super comfortable for me to swim around those :D But so far no incident.

Pros: - Unreal natural landscape. Beautiful clean shallow beaches, pleasant weather, intermittent rain showers, seclusion and privacy, serene sound and feel of wind 100% of the time… it was truly an unreal experience that comes with the natural Maldives eco system. - Another eye candy was to observe lots of fishes and marine life up-close, probably due to legal ban on fishing. - They provided snacks in the breakfast prior to our departure in the last day at 5:45 AM. - Chefs were friendly and helped twice in providing out of menu items upon requests - Breakfast offerred lots of options

This was a 10/10 experience! It's a small inn run by locals and the location is excellent. From arrival to my departure the owners and staff were so kind and helpful. It was like I had personal butlers ready 24/7 to attend all my needs. I can't stress this point enough! The rooms were minimal and clean and The food was good and affordable. I went snorkeling at the islands housereef and the owners arranged pvt excursions to sandbanks and nearby uninhabited islands. This really was the Maldivian vacation of everyone's dreams. Our experience at Swarn was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly at the jetty, making us feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the team had already taken our lunch order while we were still at Dharavandhoo jetty—service you don’t often find even in luxury hotels. Our personal host was incredibly attentive, staying in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The ocean views from our room and bathroom were truly the highlight, offering a serene and calming atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and both the service and cleanliness were top-notch. The food was plentiful and impressive for a local island in the Maldives. Kamadhoo, located in BAA Atoll, is an underrated island that truly is a hidden gem. The beaches are stunning, especially the expansive Bikini Beach. The island is convenient with a few cafes, restaurants, and shops. The local residents are kind and welcoming. The reefs near the beach are well-maintained and incredibly beautiful. We also enjoyed a Manta excursion, just a few minutes from the island, where we had the amazing experience of seeing Mantas up close. The excursion was well-organized by Rifaa and his team. Additionally, the spa therapist, Erna, provided an excellent massage, enhancing our overall relaxation. We will definitely return again and again!

We stayed at the Emerald for a week at the end of July as part of our honeymoon. The service at the Emerald Maldives was exceptional and this is what really makes the resort stand out. Especially the help given to us by Wisham, who was on call to help with anything we needed and really went the extra mile to make our stay special. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We loved the different options for dinner, with a variety of restaurants and the drinks and cocktails were great- Anthony on hand to make anything we wanted at the Sunset Bar. The house reef was great for snorkelling. We also chose to do some private excursions and Giulia was a great guide. We managed to swim with Mantas, which was a magical experience and also got to see Dolphins and swim with turtles and sharks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely trip for us both! I’d thoroughly recommend the Emerald if you are planning to travel to the Maldives.
