Chisinau is one of the best city in Europe, when i said that i mean like, is very safe. You can walk around with no problem. Around is very peaceful. Here is not like in Paris or London that people to have knife or gun, here you will not see that. Restaurants are very good. Also Chisinau is the greenest city in Europe that explain everything about nature, a clean air, a very positive atmosphere at night.Traditions are very important here and faith. So if you are coming here please respect the christian church.

The food in the city is good.
The food in the city is good. I recommend visiting La Placinte for the traditional food experience, which has a wide variety of options. The city centre is renovated, clean and well kept. Further from the city centre, there is rather nothing exciting, and the city looks much worse. The Cricova Winery is a must-have visit; even for non-alcoholic drinkers, it's an amazing experience. Buses are generally easy to catch; you need to enter and wait for a ticket-selling person, and it always costs 6 lei. The country is particularly known for honey and wine production. The National Museum of Art is surprisingly good!

Great little hotel in the center of Chisinau. Located on one of the most beautiful street - 31 August 1989 - on one side and on the very busy Izmail str on the other side. Izmail street is very heavy on traffic during the day so ask for room facing other sides. Rooms are well equipped and designed. Bathrooms are great too. Around the hotel there few good coffee places so you can have a typical moldovan breakfast - coffee with plachinta with cherries. We will be back for sure!
The staff very friendly. Location excellent. Room huge with bath and shower over it, did not work out how to use shower without soaking bathroom. Breakfast nice.
If initially I thought hotel bit on the expensive side I found everything in Chisinau is more expensive than I expected, still cheap compared to UK but matches Bucharest prices when I thought would be cheaper.
Place is located in Chisinau town centre, it is really pleasant to walk around and easy to get where you need
