The location is actually good, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. As we left early in the morning before the breakfast. The receptionist was very kind and supporting, and we got the breakfast with us. Very decent one.

The workers in the Reception (Eva - svitlana- and new girl we forget her name she start to work before 2 weeks ago ) all of thin amazing talking nice so professional and give a lot of respect to the visitors we order big suite and they make check in fast we don’t wait A lot , the view for the street is amazing and it was so clean, we ask about breakfast because we wake up early because some of meetings ,the girls from the reception bring to the room b . The accommodation's location which is 10 min walking near main square of Bălți more than made up for it. Being right in the heart of the town, we had a fantastic selection of dining options, ranging from charming small cafés for breakfast in the mornings to larger restaurants for a dinner, all within a 5-10 minute walk. It’s a truly excellent location!
The accommodation manager was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with every request, both small and large. We appreciated their help in extending our stay with them, due to our plans got changed and we decide to stay longer in Bălți and due to our love for the property and its prime location there was nothing better the location could offer. Additionally, they graciously held our luggage on-site for five hours after checkout, allowing us enjoy the last hours in town on light feet until our evening departure to Chisinau.
All I can say is that our stay in Bălți wouldn’t have been as wonderful if we had chosen different accommodation!

The accommodating manager understood our changed plans and canceled our booking without any fees, leaving us with a positive overall experience and no hard feelings.
Balti is a small town with not much to do. We were there for a day and a half on business, and saw everything we were interested in. As a tourist spot, it lacks. . .well, everything. However, next time we have business in Moldova, we will go back to Balti (assuming our business can be done there, of course), It's small and we walked everywhere because everything we needed was close together. The prices were reasonable, and our business was completed quickly.
