Quite basic accommodation, but super comfy bed and the most friendly, pure, and honest family we stayed in Morocco so far (after 5 weeks travelling around). No pushing, discreet, but communicative. The business was built by the father. The mother prepares breakfast and can do some homemade dinner if you ask to (they don't push you to order something). And the son is slowly taking over, with excellent english and french. They sell carpets, again not in a pushy way. We decided to trust this honest family, and it worked well. I waited until the carpet was delivered to our home in Prague to write this feedback. The expedition is quite expensive, but it works. A very honest and trustworthy family. SHUKRAN ! We will keep you in our minds and hearts once back home and enjoying the beautiful carpet.

What an incredible place! From the staff to the rooms and the view, oh my gosh the view. This is the perfect place to stay in Merzouga if you aren’t keen on staying in a desert camp. The hotel looks directly onto the dunes and you can walk 20 minutes and you’ll be right on top of them. Merzouga town is a short drive away and everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. Such great value for money!!

The owner greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. He did not push for us to go on extra excursions nor did he request us to focus on checking in immediately. He made it clear we were to focus on getting comfortable after our long journey. He spent time getting to know us and set a beautiful candlelit dinner up for us by the pool. The next day he drove us to the nearest village where we could buy lunch, and supplies for our stay in a desert camp the next day. He also drove us to our meeting point after check out. All of this at no extra charge. He also provided us with his contact details in case we hit any snags during our stay in the area. Our room was perfect with plenty of space. We were also given a tour of the hotel and I can attest that the other rooms were also stunning.
