The staff was very friendly and helpful to book a scooter and a Tuk tuk to the train station. The room is on the edge of the centre so it wasn’t too loud although there is a bar just nearby but we didn’t feel bothered by the noise. Breakfast was good with delicious passion fruit. We booked here after deciding to leave another hotel, and are we ever glad we did! Everything at this place was a real treat - as many others have said, really cool vibe that resembles a tree house, the staff are so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is filing and offers fresh fruit! There are a few young kitties around who are curious and may want to play with you if you let them! We aren't big partiers so were thrilled to learn that it is very quiet and relaxing in the evenings!

2 days enough. Having been twice before, it is in a sad state, if it wasn't for the adventure stuff, the town would be no more. So incredibly sad to see the decline. Once a beautiful place, now , dirty, dusty, overflowing with litter and rubbish. The constant burning off has made it a healthy Hazzard, and causing the mountains to be enveloped in haze .

Enjoyed the stay and participation in activities offered in location. Hot air balloon 🎈 and motorised paragliding as recommended and organised for me by hotel management were great. Plenty of choices for food within walking distance.

You really only need two or three days max but it’s stunning scenery and there are a ton of nature/adventure activities to experience. The night market/city itself is not that special but the surroundings are unreal.

The landscape and settings are great.
The landscape and settings are great. You can get there with the new fast train. The Chinese built the train stations and they all are far away from town, not sure why. Vang Vieng is very popular with fun sports very young people including lots of Brits and Aussies. Not the best food I had, try out GOAT for Vietnamese.

It has a good night street food central to many hostels. Nature, including the river and mountains, they are great. Moreover the tours you must be careful about which ones you pick the prices are generally similar but many of them are different they use different areas for particular activities like zip lining or the blue pool they are actually like five Blue pools don't go to number one because it's very small and it has a ton of people that is quote the cheapest pool to go to. So ask to see pictures of their different things because as you can see there are different company names like wonderful or Jackie or seven or whatever there are tons of them and they have their own teams and they run their own thing some are better than others and I went to one from seven and it was okay well isn't the greatest experience but it was okay.

Confetti Garden is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Laos. Pikachu the owner and his staff were absolutely incredible. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The rooms are spacious, super clean with super comfy beds. Each room included a kettle, robes and slipper which was a lovely touch. The pool and hotel area is perfect size and the breakfast was spot on. I ended up extending my stay as I didn’t want to leave and wish I could of stayed longer. Great value for money. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Vang Vieng
The rooms were excellent, we stayed in both the twin room and the double room on different nights. Both rooms were lovely, clean and felt well maintained, they were also both a very good size. The staff were really helpful and we were able to book a scooter through them for a good price. I would go so far as to say that this was the best hotel we have booked in Laos so far, and possibly all of Southeast Asia.
You no need to looking anymore, this is the best choice for you in Vang Vieng. Super clean, safe. Staff are on top ,very helpful. Location is also very convenient. Nice swimming pool. Lots of sunbathing space. Free alcohol every night, very social, I met a lot of nice people. and it's not a hostel that parties all day, when it needs quiet it has it and can sleep very well.
Extremely friendly and helpful owner, best place to stay when visiting Vang Vieng, he helped me arrange my trip and pointed out the highlight attractions, I will definitely come back to this hotel , worth recommending in Vang Vieng.
