Great 3-star hotel in a great location right in town. Staff was lovely & very helpful with giving us a motorbike and booking train tickets to Vientiane. We managed to fill in the 3 days with a walking, climbing hills and exploring some easily accessible caves. Many of the activities are designed for young people so apart from what we did, there is not much else to do. Certainly for older and less mobile people it would not be an easy place to visit.

2 days enough. Having been twice before, it is in a sad state, if it wasn't for the adventure stuff, the town would be no more. So incredibly sad to see the decline. Once a beautiful place, now , dirty, dusty, overflowing with litter and rubbish. The constant burning off has made it a healthy Hazzard, and causing the mountains to be enveloped in haze .

You really only need two or three days max but it’s stunning scenery and there are a ton of nature/adventure activities to experience. The night market/city itself is not that special but the surroundings are unreal.

Best restaurant we have stayed in 2 months travelling through southeast asia. Every single area in the hotel is extremely well maintained, even after the covid period. The rooms were large, very confortable and spotless clean. The staff was really noce and spoke perfect english. The restaurant is simply the best you can find in Vang Vieng, both the breakfast (plenty of diversity and great quality) and the a la carte meals fpr the lunch/dinner (great price for the quality of the meals).
The best hotel for few days in Vang Vieng. Nice and clean bedroom, staff was great with help. Top floor room had an amazing mountain view and so fresh. There are a lot of windows in this hotel from guest rooms and corridor, looks very open. Breakfast was also tasty
The hotel itself is a little old but the host made it tity and so clean, a comfortable place to rest
