Ens va encantar l'hotel. Les habitacions eren espacioses i els llits eren molt còmodes. El personal de recepció era molt simpàtic i sempre disposat a ajudar. L'esmorzar era molt complet, cada dia de la setmana hi havia coses diferents i de tot tipus. L'ubicació de l'hotel també era molt centrica, et facilitava el moviment per la ciutat.
El millor hostal d'Almaty. És com una família. La propietària és una dona molt agradable, et fa sentir com a casa. I la Masha és un amor!
L'edifici és una casa molt maca i es troba a prop del centre. La meva experiència al Kazakhstan va ser molt millor gràcies a aquest hostal i a les dones que ho porten. Una abraçada!!
L'atenció del personal, Igor, Mila i Rasud, tots ells han estat molt atents. La situació de l'hotel, tot i que l'entrada és pel darrere, està molt ben situat, amb supermercats, restaurants i cafeteries a la vora.
